Show 53 is ready to take the stand and swears to tell the truth! It’s Jonathan’s big trial episode. Get a big bowl of popcorn and find out if he goes to the “grey bar motel.” But before that…John talks Bonanza and big ears! John addresses the subject of getting tips and pointers. Hey…a new listener/performer! Welcome Manoj! Then, we go to the courtroom. Jonathan’s freedom is on the line! Things aren’t looking too good for Jonathan. Wait! Heinz takes the stand! Wow! Blockbuster testimony ensues! Jonathan played Twister with a fat girl! Dr. Cheryl’s testimony points the guilty finger in another direction. Jonathan takes the stand. Then…John takes the stand. Wow! Jonathan is NOT GUILTY! Well…I guess no prison pruno for Jonathan. Nobody sticks to the script…and John then resorts to fake podcast violence with sound effects! Wow! It’s a bad day to be an old non-reoccurring bailiff! John then speaks to the children.

Best show ever! Loved the violence, the sound effects (crowd reaction, piercing violins), but most of all the footsteps. Endless footsteps to get to the door, or in court, is hilarious (to me). I laughed throughout the entire episode, a first.
John, I’ve been a big fan of yours since you where at the ethically-challenged Free-FM, please keep up the laughably creative work.

Dalio,
Your email touches my heart because I went out of my way to use different footsteps for each character (also a first). My only concern is that Jonathan’s flip-flops may not have come across as well as I hoped (kinda like my “spurs”). Thanks for the encouragement.

John, smart move taking out that lawyer scum Prescott. He’d be taking over the show, muscling into every scene, skimming all your podcast revenue, before finally moving on to Congress. I knew a guy just like Prescott, and believe me, you did yourself a big favor getting rid of him now, before he turned on you, and, say, no-showed at an important gathering of college buddies, just as an example.
